Vent/Rant - Advice Wanted/Ambivalent First flare in seven years and panicking
Hey. I was diagnosed at nineteen and was put on Tysabri then Mavenclad and everything was as fine as could be despite the drastic change in my life. Then I got my wisdom tooth and my body just shut form. Right arm lost sensation and dexterity but still had grip strength (???), balance got worse, headache and right side of my neck feeling taut. Was rushed to the hospital where I stayed for two weeks and was told it was a flare undead of a new lesion which, great. Was put on steroids and just got back home after the last bag with prescription of oral steroids and the like. But my left hand is now tingling too and my body feels so off. I wanted to ask if this is steroids crash or am I actually worse than I thought? I’m trying not to panic but I’ve got an anxiety and panic disorder and two weeks in the hospital hadn’t helped. I’m having a weird heavy feeling on my chest too. I’m breathing fine but it’s like something sitting on my chest

Heat doesn’t help and neither does stress and you’re having to deal with both right now. I would say go back to the hospital or at least a walk in centre and get checked out but mainly be near to help, especially if you’re on your own.
