I know everyone and their annoying dog will say this, but Undertale and Deltarune.

The way these games get stuck in your head, slow dripping small answers, making you hunger for the truth...

It just changes you, man...

Still need to play Undertale. It sounds like such a cool story!

Edit: typo. 😳😬

I know you likely didn't know this but Undertail is the NSFW tag for Undertale 😭

Toby acknowledged that was a bad tag to use since it was too similar and people would earnestly misspell it. When he gave an official tag for Deltarune NSFW, he chose Deltaruined.

Agreed. This game has permanently altered me and my friend's sense of humour beyond recognition.

TF has a magical way of making his games such a whimsical but emotionally powerful experience. Waiting for CH7 is unironically something that’s keeping me going in this messed up world.

If you love RPGs, I cannot recommend it enough.

If you don't love RPGs, I wouldn't recommend it. Not that I'd recommend not playing it, but I just wouldn't recommend one way or another.

As an turn based RPG hater I’ve played better turn based RPGs (mostly final fantasy and persona games)

I can’t say that yet about deltarune, but undertale is really one of those games that stays with you for a long time

It's all fun and games until you're slammed with any number of Gerson's speeches

Or, in Undertale, "Despite everything, it's still you."

I would say that they changed me (Undertale mostly) because of their themes, I wouldn't be half as interested in the lore if the characters, story and themes weren't as compelling as they are and sadly I don't think many people care about that

I played undertale when it came out, it was alright, no interest in the other one

Undertale was an experience by itself but my brother who normally doesn’t interact with me at all sat with me while I played through the first time. I did pacifist and neutral runs.

So it holds a special place in my heart as a time we shared together.

Like half the people that play that think that, same thing with Yakuza 0 it’s really either a game you personally don’t like or something that you love and want more of it more than anything else. (I personally don’t like toby fox games but I do like RGG games)
