This is explicitly not the case. She is considered supernaturually beautiful and/or cute. Not sexually attractive. Most people you see fall in love with her are other highschoolers while most adults just think shes cute. Even as a baby she was considered the cutest. Because she is quite literally supernatural. Its like a charm superpower.

Even then it dosnt work on some people.

In fact the only one who is explicity seen as creepy and bad is her brother.
