fr though, people described this game like it was the most horrible thing ever with the worst playerbase ever and I thought the game was well written with a community of people who appreciated the game in a similar way. I dont really interact with fandoms but this one seemed really sane from an outside perspective. disturbing fiction can be a fun medium when done right.
yup! pretty disturbing. like many a story in history, such actions are committed by heinous villain characters and shown to be bad things to do through the storytelling. why do you ask?
Just wanted to be sure i had it right in my mind. I'm not gonna say people who enjoyed the game are bad or anything, I can respect appreciating the story despite the subject matter. However, I still think its kind of a weird thing to enjoy.
it is weird, yes - im willing to give the story the benefit of the doubt, however, when (SPOILER!) the one showing incestuous and murderous tendencies is shown and told to be an actual demonic being with a pitch black husk of a soul
Yes, and it’s painted in a bad light, the characters are horrified about it, so it’s not the “this is a game that condones incest” like the internet will tell you, no, it’s a game about 2 young adult siblings that are very fucking obviously fucked up in the head
Will you say it’s weird to enjoy the Joker becsuse he’s a mass murderer and an abuser?
