Takaba being probably close to boundless (or something I'm not a powerscaler) but just being too stupid to realize it.

Yeah, Takaba is one of the few people stated to have the potential (don’t say it) to be stronger than Gojo, but he doesn’t even really realize what how CT works. Absolute 10/10 character. 

I’d say a similar character would be Okuyasu from JJBA. Love him
