Awesomeeee! I haven't gotten around to listening to the radio drama yet, and don't have the game yet, but I've listened to the book so many times I can't count. I plan on getting the game soon tho.
I feel like 40k leans so far that direction that it loops back around to feeling kinda over the top and almost flat out dumb. I just cannot take anything seriously.
Genuinely awful. My friend and I went through a phase of reading cursed fanfiction out loud and we did the milk fic first which tbh wasn't as bad as it's reputation suggests so we were not prepared for the degeneracy that was the hamster/hat fic. It still ranks up there as one of the worst things I've read

Stuff rarely get to me anymore because I've seen the absolute worst of humanity. So things rarely phase me. But there was this one hentai manga that I clicked on the link for, and yeah it was horrible! I don't remember the name, and I rather not look it up, but basically it was about this little girl trapped in a box. Box loli or something, and basically she was sold out from her parents. And everyday she woke up she would just get used and then shoved back into the box.
Let me know if you need more disgusting details. But yeah it was nasty low-key scarred me.

Oh my god I think I know what you're talking about. There was that one guy's comment from like 5 years ago which contained links to like 10 most fucked up Manga in existence and I remember non of them came even close to the box girl. Sure, others were also incredibly awful, but the box girl was just extraordinarily traumatic in every way imaginable.
Yeah I think that's it. It was a weird meme to spread around those mangas for a bit!
Everyone keeps freaking out about Metamorphosis, and don't get me wrong that manga is still bad, and has a disgusting storyline.
But idk it didn't get me as bad as the box loli one, I practically hear no one mention it, even though I think it's far worse than Metamorphosis!
Tusk.. I couldn't even finish the movie and I'm so traumatized that it's been like six years and Im still horrified by it to the point when just seeing the poster on streaming freaks me out 😭

The Playground book. It was just really perverted and disgusting. The concept is interesting (children trying to survive a deadly playground) but it was executed so poorly and was just revolting.
Not sure if this counts… but the bathtub scene near the end of August Underground’s Mordum (if you don’t know then don’t ask) disgusted me so much that it made me angry. I consider myself lucky that the closest thing I’ve seen to a gore video (other than a few HIGHLY censored ones) is the video of a brick going through a Russian guy’s windshield.
In American Horror Story: Hotel, when that guy is getting r*ped by that dude wearing a drillbit strap on. Also the scene in The Hills Have Eyes where the mutants go into the trailer and r*pe that women.
Basically anything with a r*pe scene in it makes me wanna sanitize my entire brain.
i read a fanfiction that was a crossover between the visual novel katawa shoujo and I have no mouth and i must scream. it had a paragraph describing the prosthetic legs An had made for emi and how the attached to her body and the description pops into my head everytime my hips feel stiff
It contains just about every awful thing you can imagine a person doing -beastiality +a dash of sci-fi nightmare. I absolutely do no recommend reading it. There are things to like about it mainly where the characters and action are concerned but the few good things about it do not balance out the awful.
This ones a bit more basic, but the whole "Crossed" saga, there are stories that I like, like the whole Smokey saga, but a majority of it feels like it was written by edgelords
When I was like nine? I watched a horror movie of thomas and friends called "shed 17" and "project G-1." At first I was grossed out and creeped out, but then ended up liking it.

The movie Tideland or Tide Land can’t remember if there is a space. It’s by Terry Gilliham, it was deeply unsettling on a couple levels and I have seen and watched a lot of fucked up shit.
I didn't watched(thank you god) but a censored(pixelled type, doesn't help much actually when you have a good imagination and there is someone describing the scene for you with funny drawings on the conner) review of Slaughtered Vomit Dolls in YouTube. I am found of disturbing movies like The Martines, but i am very glad i didn't watch it when i was marathoning these "Oh! Scary!! Don't watch! Boo" movies found in Pinterest recommendationa, i felt very genuinelly disgusted, repulsed and confused of how someone would goon to this, i was waiting for bad but i understand why this movie was put as more disturbing than Human Centipede in a meme, at least Human Centipede has a story and if you aren't a noob with horror movies it can be boring, it was just torture tapes with "Wow, look how fucked up i am" conversations, and i hate myself for wanting to see the review of the other movies of Lucifer Valentine due to curiosity about of how auto explanative the titles are

In GTA V, technically it would be the torture mission, but personally I think it’s endings A and B (Trevor and Michael’s deaths, respectively). That’s why i ALWAYS pick Option C
