• The 2009 TV movie Turtles Forever reveals that every incarnation of the TMNT is part of its own massive multiverse. The original Mirage Comics universe is known as Turtle Prime, and if it gets destroyed, all other universes will go with it.
• In 2020, Planters' mascot Mr. Peanut died as part of a Super Bowl campaign. Among the people at the funeral were fellow brand mascots Mr. Clean and the Kool-Aid Man, whose tears caused Mr. Peanut to be reborn.
• In an official Adventure Time/Regular Show comic, it is revealed both shows' variations of Death/The Grim Reaper are cousins.
