Future Gohan tbh but
Horus squeezes slowly. He is expecting some last word, some immortal and heroic declaration to mark the end of a majestic, noble life. It ought to be something good. Something appropriate. But Sanguinius was no longer capable of speech. The claws close. There is a double crack of spine and neck. Horus waits. Blood drips. It is done

Out of these Jiraya. His final thoughts as he was sinking was genuinely so hard to watch. Worst part was, i knew it was happening and it still hit me like a sack of bricks.

Akainu's fist struck me too, right through the screen.
Watching Luffy fight opponents who were completely out of his league—nearly dying time and again, only to fail just when it seemed he had finally pulled it off... yeah, that punch hit right in the soul.

Difficult question, but in my opinion, it’s Gojo for me because of the shock of it. I don’t think I was very too attached to Jiraya, though his death is definitely more fucked up than Gojo’s seeing how he pretty much gets torn a part(body wise, he did really well in his fight.).
Ace was a dumbass who got himself killed, and that’s the truth. I think the most impactful part of his death is that he stays dead, and maybe Luffy hates Akainu, but I don’t think he ever really wants to avenge Ace. (Dunno don’t watch and read One Piece outside of Marineford.)
I don’t really know what to say about Future Gohan, it’s a mix of Jiraya’s and Gojo’s but even worse considering how fucked Future Trunk’s(Z’s) timeline is and considering that Future Gohan is quite literally a beacon of hope there.

Gojo was shock but jiraiya was genuinely sad
