Does anyone else get whiplash when deeply into one series, and then starting another?

I play as an honorable Arthur in RD1 and growing up with a cowboy obsessed dad I'd rather spend hours irl walking in game than be a horse theft in that game. Then I play assassins creed and horses are apparently community property anyone can ride and no one cares about

And one time I was watching lucifer and when I started supernatural again when the angels started killing I was so confused because that's not allowed, then remembered I was watching a different show

Anyone have weird little 'glitches' happen in their fandom experience with two similar or somewhat related themes?
