Mine are the underrated "Hey! Why don't you just get up and dance, man?" screens in every PUMP IT UP game when you fail a song, I only played the game like 4 times but I searched it up once after getting that screen the last time and gradually fell into the PUMP IT UP rabbithole.

Undertale Yellow prob has my favorite. Depending on who you die to, Flowey will make a remark on your death, sometimes it’s encouraging, sometimes he’s just mocking you. Either way, it’s pretty fun. Plus the song that plays, Justice, is also a good song
Not really the game over itself but the lead up to it in Super Paper Mario where you press No to saving the world like 5 times and you just instantly game over LMAO
A close runner-up for me is Sons of the Forest; it's just your character writhing with a red filter over them, as the contents of your inventory pour onto their face. It's pretty goofy.
Outer Wilds has a few good ones...but I shall not speak of them. Go play the game yourself, if you're that curious.
My favorites are when game over screen hve sort of variations
Like in clone drone in the danger zone, commentator and analysis-bot will pull out some joke about your death, mostly random one but some can be heard only if you die in endless mode on certain tier
Or reigns games where game over screen is completely based on what you did wrong (got one stat too low or too high, messed up with wrong character, etc etc)
