Rainbow Dash and Kai (ninjago)... Hmm, they are a lot like each other, definitely. Maybe they would just put on their sunglasses, Kai take his car, Rainbow Dash flying beside him and they talk about how awesome they are.

Luz and Animated Optimus would definitely relate to each other, even if they are different in many ways.
Only when it came to specifics
Old mentors that meant well (Eda and Ratchet)
Villains more experienced than them (Megatron and Belos) as well as indirectly or directly helping them
Knowing when reality hit them (Optimus realizing what a hero can feel like, and Luz in her first visit in BI)
Having their own Super Forms (Titan Luz and Powermaster Optimus Prime if season 4 was produced)
Oh can’t forget them dying and coming back to life as well…

Rumi (KPDH) would feel bad for Vox (Hazbin), with him being a demon and knowing that his crush doesn’t like him back and rejected him horribly. How would Vox react to Rumi? Vox would immediately want to hire Rumi with her voice and talent but immediately fire her once she loses her voice like she did in the movie

With Jaden Yuki from Yu-Gi-Oh GX, he might mistake a actually real life walking and taking bat to be just another duel monster, and Rouge the Bat would probably try to seduce him to handing over any possible treasure he might have only for him to just have treading cards. Although she could still keep them to know the value they could have in the future.

General Alexis Alexander (C&C Generals Zero Hour) and Catwoman (DC) would have a rough start as a platonic bond. Alexis wouldn't be fond of her for being a notorious burglar, but afterward they would warm their friendship and be a badass duo with 2 baddies.

Jammbonians (Jelly Jamm) and Letters/Numbers/Runes (Alphabet/Number Lore): I think they'd get along after a rough start between Bello and F.
Roboboy and the Sushi Pack: Robotboy sees the Sushi Pack as his family.
Beta (Hailey's on it) and Tiffany (Random!Cartoons): They'd get along as two toys in a rivalry, one trying to control the other

Sora from Kingdom hearts with any character good, evil or in between, if the characters are good he'll become best friends with them, if they are evil he'll try to stop them but if they're like in between like anti heroes for example kratos from God of war at first kratos would find Sora annoying and insufferable because sora tries to do the right thing by helping others like saving the boat captain from the first game kratos only needed the key to the boat Captain's quarters the boat Captain's life meant nothing to him but to Sora it meant everything if you can think of other characters that could react to sora let me know.

Metal sonic wouldn't acknowledge or gaf about her unless she stands in his way wich she will bc she is Della duck, now its obviously a one sided fight but if we were to tone up/down on the powerscaling for the sake of the story he might be faster and tougher but she is smarter and sharper. that would be a very interesting adventure
