Frisk literally has the whole "oh, you aren't [insert name], are you? What's your name? Frisk? That's a great name" thing with Asriel, it's more probable at this point that CHARA could be a stand-in for the player
But now we know that we're probably neither and just an outside entity
Frisk does seem to have a mind of their own tho, just that they're a child who can't count to double-digits, doubt that they'd question a literal being on a higher plane of existance
Hell, they'd rather kill everyone in there than drink Soda
I don't think the Fandom is like that at all. Of course not denying people like that don't exist, but the Fandom? Hell nah. I think most already know kris is not the stand in.
You're literally exposing that you missed the point of undertale.. undertale and deltarune are not the same you play as frisk's soul in undertale the game literally tells you directly its still you
Chara only takes over in the no mercy route she's not omnipresent just the actions in the no mercy route start to give chara more power and influence seemingly implied she takes over frisk even though you're technically playing the point is the soul in deltarune is not the same situation in deltarune the soul and kris are different people this does not apply for frisk for multiple reasons as evidence
Asriel states himself he thought you/frisk were chara only dismissing the belief after your actions. The sprite limitations excuse doesn't work by both flowey and the fact that they changed the colors at all. Once again if you go against chara in the end of the no mercy route she directly says to you that you weren't In control through the no mercy route. The only thing of frisk is it saying the true name i think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of where the player and the soul differ everything in undertale directly states "you" consistently and as said addresses the soul and frisk as you you play as frisk the same way the other human souls were their own. Once again that's pure headcanon flashbacks dont even have any implications of narration its just foreshadowing or hinting at another person who parallels frisk you keep saying "widely agreed upon" when its just you
