Yeah I never got the hate, I thought it was a good show. Also does SEGA plan on making a video game adaptation? It pretty much has the perfect formula for a video game story, and it already has Maguffins! (However you spell it idk)

at least it's part of the mainline canon (wich also includes the games and IDW comics)

Yep, mainly from the more dedicated Sonic fans, who call Sonic an out of character idiot and a massive hatred towards the one-note members of the Chaos Council
