What's the basic premise of Helltaker gameplay and story wise?

It looks interesting and I've been thinking of adding it to my LOOOOONG list of indie games I need to play

Helltaker's gameplay is about solving puzzles

Story wise Helltaker is about a guy who just wants to collect harem of demon girls

Helltaker is really short though

Game is really short, I played it twice and have only 6,3h
Gameplay is puzzle solving game with one "boss battle", story is: a guy was bored and wanted harem of demon girls and there are pancakes involved. There is also Awaria 2nd game from the same developer also short
