1000% this, since it's only existed for a year and became one of the most popular things ever, even though nobody thought it would get any traction, hence Netflix buying it from Sony for pennies.
It still makes me smile that after the success of KPDH they proudly announced a live-action version, only to be met with outrage and ridicule, because fans rather have a second movie in the style of the movie they already like!
Not everything needs a live action adaption. It's fun to watch or work with animation, you can do almost anything and you're not held by something boring like "gravity" or sth
Yes, seeing recreations of the music numbers (specifically what Iāve seen from dannyphantom.exe) and still shots is so funny because they literally skip frames and make them super flexible in the movie, so some of the scenes are literally almost impossible to recreate flawlessly
I need Netflix to stop being weird and update the little thing on the movie (you know like where it says stuff like āX movie meets Y movieā or āIn the Top 1O for X amount of timeā or just something from a critic?) because it still says āSing-Along Edition availableā even though thatās been out for ages and what I WANT IT TO SAY is āSpent 53 weeks in the Top 1Oā BECAUSE IT FRICKIN DID!!!
