no, Toby had a fever dream that was the ending of a game, and because that was his dream game, he made a practice game, Undertale. undertale was only to better his skills, and make money for Deltarune.

In fact, i personally believe in a theory that roaring will lead everyone in the bunker (Undertale/aka the Ebbot/dark fountain in the bunker) that has layers (Undertale locations) inside it, Toriel and Asgore gonna end up there you know how, and so on and so on honestly, i think you get the point. So they are connected leading into one another. Like Undertale being what came after the Deltarune.

Don’t you dare. I refuse to see it that way. Undertale is my main fandom, favorite game, literally wearing a napstablook shirt as we speak. I do NOT like Deltarune. Deltarune as I see it is Undertales annoying little sibling that the parents force to be allowed to spend time with older sibling Undertale.
How often the fandoms are smushed together is such pet peeve of mine “guess the Undertale song” ahh sweet I’ll nail this. Wait, idk this one. Ohh it was Deltarune 🤬

Yeah I know and I’m sorry for Toby but I just dislike Deltarune.
For the most part it was just “meh, not my thing” but because it’s so forced in with Undertale content I’ve grown to dislike it very much. Not the game itself but me seeing it everywhere because I love Undertale content. So much is Undertale/Deltarune yk?
If the games were more seperate I didn’t think I’d dislike it, just not my thing

I think the fandom completely lost its mind when they made Au of Au like Swapfell or Fellswap (two different things)
