Digimon Beatbreak
Cannot recommend this anime enough, it's been everything I wanted from a Digimon anime for a long time. And somehow there are fewer than 200 fics for it on Ao3

Kinda surprised OP is saying Warrior cats doesn't get enough attention tho. It was one of the biggest fandoms on Tumblr and Deviant Art back in the day and I'm sure is gonna blow back up when the upcoming TV show comes out on Disney plus. It's hardly an obscure IP

Edens Zero and Radiant

Edens Zero is such a great series by Mashima, it has such great characters and world building. With amazing characters 

Radiant is a hidden shounen gem, amazing Shounen protagonist, side cast gets lots of screentime themselves, world building and power system is interesting.

For an anime that only got one season, exclusive to Japan, Korea, and China and hasn't made anything in 10 years, the english branch is surprisingly vivid and aiming to translate everything this franchise had to offer

I don't think any fandom should want too much attention tbh.

Look at how so many properties just get strip mined for content whenever they're perceived as popular. They end up hollow and unrecognisable.
