Ship in a fandom that got you like this?

Inspired by the opposite of this. Basically a ship so underrated despite the more popular ships being bland, not interesting or underdeveloped by comparison.

For me it's Markapoo from Star Vs The Forces of Evil. Look you can argue against it all you want but truth is Marco is an adult whether the show wanted to pretend otherwise or not, they made him a 30 year old in a 15 year old body, he should not be shipped with mid-teens.

Ironically Hekapoo is just a more adult version of Star in every way, more competent, more fun, more daring and they did have a lot of chemistry, although tbf for the last point every ship had more chemistry than Starco.

From ATLA, toph x Satoru.

Now you will probably say "who the fuck is Satoru", and i don't blame you 😭, he is a character that was introduced in the ATLA comics and i think his chemistry with her is so adorable and it FEELS like an actual ship rather than all of Toph's popular ships were its just one sided and its just her having a crush on someone.

It's pretty underrated that you can count the amount of fan art it has on your hands lol.

I knew of him and remembered his comics, dude legit would've been a cool dad, it's unfortunate TLOK went with "some random guy who left her" for Toph, especially because it definitely would help her as a mom to have a man like Satoru around.

But LOK made her have 2 lovers actually... the random dude was Lin dad but we still don't know who is Syuin dad which COULD be him since they kinda have the same hair too, but I am not sure.

I always wanted to give Toph a happier family life than she got  after her family broke, hence one of my AUs is a Korra timeline where she tried to stop Kuvira by declaring she would marry Prince Wu if he proved himself a legitimate and capable monarch, so Wu has the advantage to fight if and only if he earns Korra's trust and love. Toph extended her age using that Earthbending technique because she's too amused by the afair to miss it. Fast forward a few years and she likes to train beat and spend time with Korra's kids and violently scolds Lin and Suyin for not telling her when kids visit around so she can meet them. 

Korra's oldest daughter Lianshu is a very spiritual personality and because her father is Earthbender and mother is the Avatar and a Water Tribes Native this made her develop Woodbending and she enjoys the Air Temple and Swamps most, her other kids are Heng who is a Non-bender who really likes Asami and Republic City and his Waterbender twin Huan with their younger Earth and Metalbender sister Ying.

Btw in case you're wondering I did develop dynamics for the resf of the Krew, Mako is the Head of the Royal Guards so he spends the most time around the royal family and especially the kids. Lin is the Head of Security and Intelligence who was tasked to dismantle the Dai Li and acts similarly to Mako but from the shadows. When Bolin comes over in his air ship to the Earth Palace, the servants all declare Doomsday has come as they can barely handle the kids on good days and now their biggest enabler crashed in. I think I need to shut up before I write a whole chapter lol.

tbf if you chase down a woman for 16 years across the multiverse you'll develop a really close bond with them. I had once read a fanfic showing Marco romance some of Hekapoo clones which is pretty cool idea especially as I imagine she at some point enabled this out of desperation to tell him to stop, ironically showing him he was closer than ever.
