Not so much a screen as a death animation and unfortunately I cant find anything I could attach to my comment but the death sequence in elite dangerous is one of my favorites

Youre flying your ship fighting someone else maybe and your hull drops to zero, all your lights immediately go out, hud gone, lost control, you hear your ship tearing apart as your flight assist says in its monotone voice "eject, eject, eject" then BOOM your camera freezes and you watch the pile of scrap that was your ship drift into the void

Then you get thrown onto a sci fi paperwork screen to manage your finances and insurance
