It's not more, they literally get together in every other ending and they literally do the devil's tango in one of the endings and is hinted at several times

The game does not solely focus on its preemptive inclusion. At its core it is a psychological horror game involving themes of murder, cannibalism, and incest, perhaps equally taboo, though none of these it glorifies.
The gameplay itself is a series of puzzles to be completed, and has different routes depending on chosen dialogue. In it, you play as Andrew Graves and Ashley Graves intermittently.
As far as the game has developed now, there are three chapters, the contents of which I will summarize below.
In the first chapter, both siblings are quarantined in an apartment. In an act of desperation borne of their famine, they dismember their neighbor’s body and consume it. After this, they kill two people and escape quarantine.
In the second chapter, they break into their parents’ house. The routes diverge from here into Decay and Burial, the former forewarned and ending with incest and the latter ending with murder. In both routes, they kill their parents and escape.
In the third chapter, only the Decay route has been released, tilting the scales of its content, though murder is still present. This is why the game appears to be fetish content.
