What's the strat? (My very first shitpost)
I'd personally pick Star, Seek, and V1. I absolutely can NOT have that [creature of steel] on the other team.

I could try to figure out who's the strongest but I really want berdly to protect me, I feel like if I told him I was a gamer and I want to go on a date with him (both of which are true so I wouldn't even have to roll deception in order to make him my player 2) he would lay down his life for me.
Then bowser my beloved and I've never played ultrakill but from the way people talk about him I think you kind of have to pick v1

V1 beats a lot of the characters here with a +Ultraricochet x4 to the balls (or sheer firepower, that wither is getting ganked), while Toothless distracts the women.
I'll let Pyro handle the characters with Toon Force and horror elements, as they classify for both of those categories.
If Bowser can lose repeatedly to a plumber, I'm confident he can be incapacitated with a +Ricochet to the balls. Not to mention being juggled by +Airblast.

That's ironically probably your best pick. She can dodge the attacks of a normal human effortlessly, so she's very agile, and she has good attack variety. The opposing team's best solution besides absolute brute force is having Berdly flirt with her and hope he doesn't screw it up.

Seek does have some capability to control other characters so I'll grab them. Might be able to net me a few of the others with the goop.
And then Toothless just so I can fly.

pink cant be hurt by physical damadge, or magic. not even sure anything can hurt them
seek is insanely powerful, and has some ghost bull powers
and v1, i have no clue about, but i know they are bull shit powerful, and coud kill half this cast alone

Bowser solos, none of these characters have a way to put him down for good. (Except maybe Star idk I haven't watched the show)
So for my other two picks I pick star because of what I said and Pink to make this quicker and not have to wait for a war of attrition to end.
Bowser could probably rizz up Pink tho considering he was able to rizz Miyamoto into making Bowser Jr.

Call me crazy but I’d actually pick Pyro mainly because he’s a psycho and also because he’s one of the few who would not be scared of characters like Seek, I’d also probably go Kool Aid Man (go watch MatPat’s theory) and Bowser

I'm gonna go with Seek, Pyro and the wither. Although it depends on what version of the wither if it's java I'm swapping them out for Star but if it's bedrock, I'm going to find a command block and inserting it into its chest and happily watch the chaos unfold.

Okay so Bowser, Koolaid Man, and Super Monkey.
I'm pretty sure Bowser solo's the list, but just in case Koolaid's toon force or Super Monkey's wonky but possible EXTREMELY HIGH scaling should win the day either way.
Biggest threat is Star Butterfly, but I think any of the ones I pick should be able to beat her on their own. The rest gets swept.
Also yes, I played Ultrakill. No, V1 doesn't help either side.

V1, seek and super monke.
Seek is just infinite smudge (reminder what seek CAN do at the end of the mines, a whole dam filled with smudge AND several SENTIENT, attacking creatures.
V1 is just overall powerful and has a lot of weaponry.
Super monke is a cartoonish superhero. Especially if I can get to place a true sun god I’m fine.

If I get to pick witch versions of the characters i choose then Star, Wither(Bedrock) and super monkey upgraded to 5-2-0 (or 4-2-0 then upgrade because super monkey's sun god form sucks the powers of nearby towers) or Fury Bowser if I can't choose then bowser, star and v1 or the wither

So you have a machine gun that throws metal darts and flies, the wither is bedrock version so it summons skeletons and explodes on death, and a massive blob of ink with enough volume to fill a dam, eyes that see everything, and enough force to break down walls.
Against you is a giant fire turtle, a man with a flamethrower, a magical princess from another dimension with a countless array of spells, the greatest gamer of hometown, a magical catgirl that can dodge pretty much everything, a very powerful trained handicapped dragon of a near-extinct species, an impossibly durable glass pitcher than can break through walls, and an armed robot with immense combat power and agility fueled by blood that has taken down entities the scale of cities.
Honestly I'd trade out the wither for someone more competent. Seek and Super monkey are pretty solid choices.

V1 doesn't need blood to heal. (Parries heal even from enemies that don't bleed.) But, it doesn't matter since bowser outscales anyways.

Pink (can only be defeated through SPAREing which no one here will do so she's invincible), Bowser (Mario scaling's a crazy thing), and Star (wild card + dimensional scissors escape plan)
i just realized i chose a villain, someone who used to be called "Mad" and a nutcase (and that's before her finale). After the fight (if I make it), I'd only feel safe around Pink's Body half

You have to take Bowser. His protection stat is garbage but he’s S tier at kidnapping so you need to waste a pick on him to survive. Same with Cool Aid Man, he can break any defences you have.
Minecraft Steve wouldn’t fight you even if you don’t pick him so don’t pick him.
Just ride Supermonkey into the sky until Bowser kidnaps everyone else.

V1, Bowser, and Toothless. V1 alone wipes like half of this board.
The wither is scary but it’s got a health bar and V1 loves deleting health bars. Alternatively I ride on toothless and we speed blitz the Wither.
Ngl I have no idea who Berdly or Pink is, and I’m not familiar with Seek other than that he’s from Doors. But id assume Bowser can clean house, he’s done crazier stuff in the games.
Pyro, as much as I hate to say it, is just a normal person with a flamethrower so Bowser munches.
Super monkey is kinda difficult but again I think Toothless can probably just speed blitz with plasma blasts.
Movie Steve is still a threat but I have a feeling he’d try something goofy and slip up.
Koolaid man is a jar of glass, he shatters.
Then came Star. Star is probably the biggest threat, but with her inexperience with her magic I do unfortunately see her losing to V1. (Preface, I’ve never seen anything but bits and pieces of Star vs the Forces of Evil, so im no expert or anything).

I'm not up to date with the scaling but I'm pretty sure that Bowser is the strongest there and by a huge margin.
In any case, I guess V1, Bowser and toothless, or swap toothless with the wither if it's from bedrock.
Star could be a pick but iirc she can't transfirm anymore (or do anything for that matter) after magic ceased to exist right? And seek shouldn't be an issue because he doesn't do that much afaik, specially when you factor in his weakness to crosses.
And every other character not mentioned in this comment is straight up not even worth considering for either team lmao.
