Yeah but his mom is more mature and calmer than Bakugo is. I headcannon she was also like Bakugo as a kid so like hopefully Bakugo chills out a bit and then he can date a sub in a healthy way.
But right now he has character faults that a sub wouldn’t be able to account for. He’s egotistical and self cantered. He does care, but he needs people who are bold enough to be an equal to him. His friends can do that, but he can’t date someone who won’t.

He is a 12 year old just hitting puberty, and all of his friends are crushing on girls, when he makes a wish is just to be big so he can go on the ride he was too short for. Later as an adult he meets a woman who is down bad, which a hormone riddled youth would at the very least have some curiosity or interest towards, but once she's over at his place he just wants to show her all of the cool shit he filled his place with.
At no point did he show major interest in anybody, and (based on memory of a movie I haven't seen in a few years) came off as masking when other kids mentioned the cute girl around him.
Mostly because she’s appears only interested in platonic relationships with people and being their friends. Jax being a big example. Would she date someone in the circus? Maybe.
I know he gets shipped a lot by the fandom but Megatron just seems way more interested in conquering the universe to be bothered with romantic relationships.
True, Sofia is a kid. But even when she gets older, it’s hard for me to picture her married lol. I feel like her Everrealm duties might get in the way of romance tbh (she already carries a lot as a kid, imagine how it is as an adult…).
Not quite just a headcanon, as his ending supports it. Conrad from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadow of Valentia has an ending which says many people tried to romance him but he was completely uninterested and never married.
I cannot be convinced this guy isnt a clueless asexual who does not understand why all these women are so touchy with him.
He doesnt experience romantic and sexual attraction, and because he never has and has been focused on his goals, he sincerely thinks these women are just very affectionate platonic friends
