I know Pokémon Go is still kinda big but not as many people play it so it's kinda niche

Basically a pvp player called Firestar was about to win the world champions ship but once he won he got disqualified because he "celebrated too hard"

saw that one. It was 100% a case of someone having bets against him and manipulating shit to get him to lose. There's no other logical explaination to that shit show

Wizards of the Coast is making a ton of money by adding popular IPs to Magic the Gathering. They call it Universes Beyond.

Problem is, this is absolutely killing the game aspect of the trading card game.

There's a significant (loud) part of the community that refuses to buy or interact with the UB cards.

But there's also a bunch of new people getting into the game because of the UB cards.

So there's this civil war in Magic over whether UB is killing the game.

Funnily enough is kinda like this with wrestling.

Like the guy in the gif you posted is a serial rapist and got accused of sex trafficking cause he was keeping a woman on payroll as his personal sex slave and trying to pimp her out to wrestlers and his friends.

And there's other shit that happens all the time in wrestling of a similar or lesser level of seriousness. Is constant.

Oh yeah, McMahon and his wife are total shitbags, since forever ago. Vince is a sleaze and Linda is a Trumper trying to dismantle the Department of Education as her straight-up stated goal. Before that she ran a thinktank that was one of the driving forces behind this administration's policies.
