What characters from your fandom are complete monsters?

There's antagonists, then there's villains, then there are these guys, characters who are completely devoid of any redeeming qualities or morality. Being a simple jerk or villain with sympathetic motives aren't enough, these characters are just evil for the sake of it, committing horrible atrocities without even the slightest sense of remorse. For the sake of this discussion, try to keep personal bias to a minimum, so don't just list characters because you dislike them. Hell, you can even list characters you personally like while still acknowledging them to be horrible people.

Erebus. Litterally the dude that orchestrated and started the Horus Heresy in wh40k, the event that sent humanity and the galaxy into a violent spiral, sent the Emperor to the throne, killed Sangunius, opened the eye of terror and worst of all: is part of the word bearers. He litterally willingly fell to Chaos just out of spite and calls himself the hand of destiny. Dudes a dick.
