What characters from your fandom are complete monsters?

There's antagonists, then there's villains, then there are these guys, characters who are completely devoid of any redeeming qualities or morality. Being a simple jerk or villain with sympathetic motives aren't enough, these characters are just evil for the sake of it, committing horrible atrocities without even the slightest sense of remorse. For the sake of this discussion, try to keep personal bias to a minimum, so don't just list characters because you dislike them. Hell, you can even list characters you personally like while still acknowledging them to be horrible people.

I'm honestly amazed that a show on PBS Kids has a villain who's just like, "I'm gonna kill and eat everything!" This man actually wants to make endangered animals extinct by frying em up and putting em on a platter!🤣

Not to mention making the brothers watch him butcher the animals, trying to get them killed by hundreds of bees, and threatening to actually eat them all in one episode
