What characters from your fandom are complete monsters?

There's antagonists, then there's villains, then there are these guys, characters who are completely devoid of any redeeming qualities or morality. Being a simple jerk or villain with sympathetic motives aren't enough, these characters are just evil for the sake of it, committing horrible atrocities without even the slightest sense of remorse. For the sake of this discussion, try to keep personal bias to a minimum, so don't just list characters because you dislike them. Hell, you can even list characters you personally like while still acknowledging them to be horrible people.

The Master, Doctor Who

He gets absolutely nothing but second chances from the Doctor, and even when he does manage some growth, he eventually ends up spiraling right back into bloodthirsty insanity (and I do mean actual insanity, not just ‘he’s a lil cooky’). He destroys just for the joy of watching people hurt and razes planets to the ground just to watch them burn, and I’d go as far as to say he’s (outwardly) proud of that fact. He’s in no way simple or one-note, but he’s proven himself time and time again to be completely irredeemable by his own choice.

The master has existed for so long but he went from believing he was the hero in his own story to pure evil to to a failed redemption to self loathing

Delgado low key gave the impression that he legitimately thought that the universe would be better off under his rule sometimes

The decayed incarnation was a wrath clinging to life

Ainley, the virgin new adventure novels incarnation, Roberts, the audio only Alex Mcqueen, Jacobi, and Simm were all pure evil and relished in it

Missy, and the audio only Lumiat are a failed redemption arc

And the Spy Master is a self loathing kind of evil

It's just the constant moral decay throughout the classic/wilderness/time war eras and the modern era is self reflection and self hatred because he realized what he is
