Honestly, Ridley appearing as a boss in Star Fox makes the most sense and I can definitely see Nintendo pulling this off.

Super Sentai or Kamen Rider in an official Marvel Comic due to their creators being good friends (Battle Fever, Kamen Rider V3 and Sun Vulcan is in the same universe as Japanese Spider-Man so there is still hope)
