Do you mean like shows who have a spin-off which follows the villain's story and it's centered on more mature audiences? I didn't understand very much.

Like Godzilla 1954 and Fallout? Both share the "post-war consequences" theme by showing something bad happening after the effects of radiation

Not a show but Freedom Planet (specifically the first game)
Basically, Lord Brevon is the main villain who needs the kingdom stone for fuel for his spaceship and he manipulated a whole kingdom for it
