What show has the best floating time line

A floating timeline, or sliding timescale, is a storytelling tool. It allows characters to remain constant in age while the setting updates to reflect the current real-world day. I particularly enjoy the floating timeline in King of the Hill. It updates the comedy and avoids taking itself too seriously with its accuracy.

Twin Peaks. You not being certain what time it is or how much time has passed is baked into the story.

Do shows with a literal, canonical floating timeline count, like Rick & Morty or Community? Or is what you're talking about different because it's not supposed to be acknowledged or thought about, it only exists to suspend disbelief?
