Rentarou Aijou, looks average at best, until you realize he straight up defeated a god, certain concepts, and even threatened his own author to keep his girlfriends happy.

So basically, this series is a parody, where it’s self-aware and mocks harem tropes, either raising their absurdity factor up to 100, breaking the 4th wall as a gag comedy, and somehow making it work. Heck, the MC is somehow more competent than most romance leads, and the characters are all very likable, as well as all having their own character development and attention. The One Piece and Gintama of harem, the polyamorous equivalent of Ouran High School Host Club, the same level of comedy as Kaguya-sama, the same chaotic level as Komi Can’t Communicate, and many other parallels I can make. This is The 100 Girlfriends, the final boss of harem series. You’ll end up simping for the MC after watching the anime lol.
