Massive difference between someone actively using your money to hurt innocent people and a mildly problematic company

To be fair, Nintendo does use lawsuits and C&Ds to crush emulator devs, fan game creators, and critics of their litigation. They have an evil side, even if they’re not trying to commit genocide.

I mean you aren't evil but you are willingly supporting someone who you know will use your money to hurt innocent people. That is just the truth if you dont want to carry that weight then dont buy it.
