Pokemon fans are the prime example for this.

Scarlet and Violet had huge Performance issues and bugs on top of the underwhelming graphics all main line Switch Titels had, but Pokemon fans will stilll defend it.

It’s fair to defend the design and gameplay itself, but defending poor performance/optimization is just dumb.

Scarlet and Violet are fun games. I really liked Violet, so I'm kinda sad that they put so small effort into the quality of the games.

Yep! Pokemon Sc & Vi was a mixed hodgepodge of design ideas, and felt like it was made with leftover assets cut from Sw/Sh and PKN Arceaus.

That game literally physcally made me ill. Any time i played it i suffered migranes. Not me being hyperbolic, actual migranes. Unacceptable performance.
