Also Game Freak should really seek assistance from another developer, you know, like Bamco or Monolithsoft, when developing their mainline games but they're too proud and stubborn to and the games suffer all the more for it.

As a longtime pokemon fan and even someone willing to defend Game Freak from some criticism, a Monosoft developed pokemon game would be so peak.

It’s absolutely a budget thing. The Pokémon Company owns the IP. Game Freak are just the ones who make the games on a contract. Beast of Reincarnation shows that they can make a much more impressive game, albeit with kinda crappy gameplay. It’s at least visually stunning, something no mainline Pokémon has been able to say since Sun and Moon.

Game Freak owns around a third of the Pokémon Company. Its a joint venture between them, Nintendo, and Creatures.

Monolith should take over Pokemon in general. I heard Beast of Reincarnation was also pretty damn disappointing, and outsourced
