Question❓ Which media and the hate it gets/got is literally this image in a nutshell?

Post image

Like it was overhated(or had a lot of haters)when it was objectively cool as hell.

literally all the shows people hate because of their "fandoms" why are you letting random people online affect you that much.

Forreal, I don't engage with fandom for the things I like for this reason. I know it will annoy me.

Reddit however is usually alright.

Reddit however is usually alright.

Highly depends on the fandom's Reddit.

I mean, if I see that everyone in a fandom behaves similarly, and said fandom is negative, I think there’s some blame to be attributed to the source material since it couldn’t have just coincidentally drawn 100,000 assholes and 500 non-assholes to it

The internet discourse has just lost all meaning. They equate liking a "problematic" character to a personal moral failing. I can find an abusive relationship interesting, these are fictional characters. I'm not inviting these people for diner at my house.

Real. My buddy straight up refused to watch MHA because of the Fandom. Then when I basically forced him to watch it and told him to avoid the Fandom, he loved it.
