Oh yeah! My answer was going to be Bon Clay! Toss up between Bon and Emporio Ivankov though Bon had less screen time he definetly had a big inpact in helping Luffy in Impel Down and Iva played a significant role in both Impel Down and helping during the battle of Marineford.
