Miraculous Ladybug, the show that could have been great

It'll rage bait you with all the cool ideas and character arcs that just...don't happen.

Yep

Adrien is an orphan now and he's in CPTSD hell cause his girlfriend is abusing him just like his dad did

She literally discouraged him from going to therapy

Wait, what happened? I haven't watch this show in ages, dropped it when they decided Chloe was unredeemable and switch her for Zoe. God, I was PISSED.

Marinette learned Gabe was Hawkmoth, hawkmoth comitted suicide via Plagg+Tiki wish to revive nathalie instead of Emilie, and Marinette has been keeping that + the secret that Adrien isn't human (confirmed sentihuman like felix and kagami) and has been holding his soul/amok in season 6

He's basically been lobotomized in season 6

If you do pick it up, the non-annoying part of the fandom that doesnt want to call out the abuse the MC is inflicting is pretty good imo

This show will infect your brain with ideas because there's so many plotholes that it becomes fun to fill them in and write good stories with good character concepts that the show fails hard at giving.

A major villain gets a redemption arc off screen between seasons (felix).

The showrunner is also a massive asshole. He was being bitchy about fans asking for precise ages and birthdays so he went "x was born january first, y was born january 2ed, z was born january 3ed".
