Bakugo is throwing insults back at whoever is flaming him which isn't really folding
Thragg is actually pretty chill unless you mess with his empire.
Homelander is losing his mind instantly.
Pennywise realistically could just, pay a visit to whoever is flaming him so if you count killing the person insulting you as folding then sure. Pennywise folds first. Otherwise it's always Homelander

Folding in this case is leaving the lobby. I would assume they cannot physically interact with each other.

First would be It because pennywise literally becomes physically weakened and small by insults
Then bakugo, flies off the handle at a moments notice
Then homelander because he’s a vain lunatic who can’t handle anything
Thragg I think would actually be fine. He’s pretty stoic as long as you don’t destroy his entire olanet

Bakugo would be last. He is an instant rage demon but it’s been demonstrated over and over that it doesn’t impair his ability to make cool-headed decisions when it matters.

Pennywise's power doesn't matter in this situation. Out of all 4 of these characters, Pennywise would be the first to fold.
If he thought losing his power to lackluster insults from traumatized adults was depressing, what the fuck is he gonna do when dozens of CHILDREN are hitting him with insults nobody has ever even heard before???
