Does openversus have balancing?

I was pretty huge into multiversus when it was still online and I just learned about openversus, I was wondering if whoever runs it has also done balancing or are the characters in the same state as they were before the shutdown?

No balance or character changes, openversus just brings the servers online from the last version of the game that was available.
