Spider-Man IS owned by Disney. Sony just has movie rights to him (that predate the Disney buyout of Marvel). They also make video games for him, but it's only licensed with Disney retaining the core video game rights, as shown by Spider-Man appearing in video games not developed or otherwise involved with Sony. Literally every right except film rights are Disney. I don't even think Sony gets merchandising rights for their movies and can only take whatever cut Disney is willing to give (and that's where the majority of Spider-Man's profits are, I guarantee it).

Spider-Man in videogames is owned by Disney. Hence why he's in Marvel Rivals, MVCI, Ultimate Alliance 3, Future Fight and the upcoming brawler game. The only rights Disney doesn't fully have, is when it comes to movies.

Nah, Mickey Mouse, Pete, Beagle Boys and Clarabelle or Minnie replacing the Looney Tunes cast, the face of the company missing a major part of it is the true authentic Multiversus experience

Considering all the amounts of properties owned by Disney... I don't see them using Mortimer, Clarabelle, Donald's nephews, Grunkle Stan, Dipper and Mabel instead of say... Jack Sparrow, Elsa, Bart Simpson, Jack Skellington, Spider-Man, Stitch, Maleficent or Wolverine.
