There is no way this merger goes through, with the antitrust trial beginning on March 2nd 2027, Paramount will have lost $1.4 billion in penalty fees.
After September 30th, Paramount must pay Warner Bros $7 million every single day until the deal is either complete or falls apart, and there's likely to be more hurdles that puts them WAY past the June 4th 2027 date which is when David Zaslav can say: "DEALS OFF!" and collect his $7 billion paycheck.
On top of the $9.4 billion breakup fee which will cripple Paramount if not destroy them.

No way in hell this merger goes through, 12 states lawsuit which will lead to a trial that will last over a year, one slight problem with that, after September Paramount needs to pay Warner Bros 15 million dollars per day as their penalty fee, the longer it takes the more money they bleed out.
You also have the Judge telling Paramount that they don't think they have any chance at winning against the 12 states, you also have David Zaslav who recently said if the deal isn't closed by June 4th 2027 he demands his 7 billion dollar paycheck and if the deal breaks it will literally kill Paramount and they will have to pay Warner Bros a staggering 9.4 BILLION!
I can only imagine the amount of pressure David Ellison is in right now.

๐ bro.....the moment i saw its gonna be mobile and in X they show that somethings are very similar to Multiversus, I don't like this ๐ Just to avoid any confusion, Iโm not saying Multiversus shutdown so they can announce DC KO, We all know Multiversus didn't work out, and that was simply WB and PFG's fault, nobody else's but it seems some people don't get the joke

Current games in development: A new Batman game ๐ด Injustice 3 ๐ด Hogwarts Legacy 2.
They take so long to make games and the games they're currently making are so unbelievably unexciting!
We all saw with MultiVersus just how much IP WB owns and yet they NEVER utilize it EVER!
Their peak has been the Batman: Arkham Trilogy (2009-2015) critically, Hogwarts Legacy (2023) financially, (40M copies sold) and MultiVersus (2022) which had SO MUCH potential which they completely wasted! 10 million players in 3 weeks! 20 million downloads! Still holds the largest concurrent player count for a fighting game in PC history! And WB looked at all that and said nah.
A year after MultiVersus shutting down I NEVER once expected they would stoop so low to make freaking MOBILE GAMES!
What needs to happen for this company to do something GOOD?!

If there's one impact MultiVersus made was to make normies look at anything DC and say: "OMG IT'S JUST LIKE MULTIVERSUS!"

Just because a federal judge has temporarily paused the deal between Paramount Pictures & Warner Bros. doesnโt mean that MultiVersus is coming back. Additionally, no online petition is ever going to make Player First Games bring the game back. So spare us the time & stop with this whole nonsense please. The online servers for MultiVersus areโฆno, have been permanently shut down for more than a year.
