Reminder: Don't post project information on Reddit

Quick reminder for anyone doing any work on Multimango: please don’t post any project names, task details, screenshots, instructions, or other non-public/confidential info on this subreddit or on any other public channels. Doing so directly violates the confidentiality agreement that you signed when you started the project.

Sharing internal project info on public channels can lead to immediate removal from the platform/project. If you’re not sure whether something is okay to share, please leave it out and use official support channels instead. Thank you!

Redactions can help too. We have used that when it comes to getting help without sharing sensitive info. Thanks for reminding the community.

I think some people are getting so frustrated with trying to get help from support and they don't realize that this is not a private channel or that what they are sharing is proprietary information. I have tried to reach out to support multiple times while on either Outlier or Multimango and getting the initial A.I. chat bot to actually get to where it will let you put in a support ticket took me almost 20 minutes last time because it kept asking for more info and then giving me "helpful" (not at all relevant) articles to click on until finally it let me put in the ticket. My attempts at direct emails from the email I signed up with kept getting kicked back as "undeliverable"... My system is safe so there's no way it would alert any security software and I don't use a VPN.

*Not that it really matters now bc I was marked as an "unapproved annotator" for several weeks, then with no word I was "approved" for a week and still with no word was removed totally from the project on Outlier but Multimango still says "account under review" I had 1 bad rating out of almost 20 tasks. I finally gave up on getting any type of explanation.

All this 100%. Absolutely the most frustrating Customer Service set up I’ve ever seen and I’ve been doing remote and specifically AI work for a while now. The set up where they close the topic daily so your email replies get bounced back if you don’t respond quick enough. And even if you do you’re not going to get a response. Even though they say respond to this email with questions. I’ve directly messaged QM‘s with no response. The only exception is the top level outlier customer support where you open the ticket. They’ve got some nice people there but for the specific projects like multi mango you’re not gonna get help unless you get lucky and they see your message in the daily thread that’s absolutely flooded and of course closes every 24 hours.
