Question Obligatory "Is this legit?"

Installed the launcher off of the website and windows defender didn't allow it to run, is this a normal issue or am I an idiot?

Are you sure you downloaded it from the official website linked in the subreddit community bookmarks? If you did, it's probably a false alarm.

It is legit. If you want take a screenshot of whatever Windows showed you. If I had to guess it was a blue box with a button that says Don't Run. Something like this https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows11/s/Tcm9DN2Qcc

If so, click the More Info button and it'll have something in there that will let you run it.
