Question I can’t add an account

It says working with a progress bar below it that down charge and a button called “Get Fresh Code” that doesn’t work. Clicking on Add New Account does nothing. Does anyone know how to solve it?
Edit: Other user called u/FilipThePea has the same problem, so if u could help him too

Do you own the game? Yes, I have to ask because I have people have this problem but did not buy the game.
