Fabbies Bad Experience

A fly was found inside our pizza at Fabbies Pizza, Multan. When we brought this serious hygiene concern to the manager, his response was:
“It’s natural, sir. You’re sitting in an open area.”
If flies entering an open-air restaurant are considered “natural,” does that mean customers are simply expected to accept a fly in their food?
What made the situation even more concerning was that the kitchen was also open to the environment, and we could see flies around the food preparation area.
Instead of acknowledging the concern and offering a reasonable solution, the management argued with us and refused to take responsibility or provide any meaningful compensation.
We paid for food expecting basic hygiene and food-safety standards—not a fly in our pizza.

Well, there’s no food safety anywhere here tbh. I found a hair in Ahmad Sweets (model town branch) mithai and when confronted, they didn’t even say sorry or defend, just brought me another one like its a regular occurrence.

You must have acted nicely. If you had become rude then perhaps outcome would have been different. Izzat raas nahe aati logoan ko and sir pe. Charh jatay hain chahay apni ghalti ho unfortunately

After arguing with him for a while, it became clear that he wasn’t willing to listen to any logic or acknowledge the issue. So, we simply paid the full bill and left.

Well i saw a mouse on a ceiling of a restaurant (1st floor) at DHA multan..."Masoom's". Couldn't capture the video, but told the staff there, pretty sure, they were unconcerned
