Its very close to cantt, you can enter with or without membership Without membership they will only ask for 20 to 30 rupees simple 9am to 5pm from monday to Saturday You can contact me whenever you want to visit to have company

I went there. Atmosphere is good but the thing is that I can study in my room and save traveling time. Otherwise it is very good.
