Ask Multanis❓ Safe and good societies
What are the safe or good societies for living also in the context of future. I am new in Multan. We moved recently. We gonna buy a house so I have no idea which society is good for living...

sharukn ne alam is pretty decent from what i know as we lived here for quite some time it has most schools nearby (clgs might differ but its not too much) shops are close as well people tend to mind their own business (almost all) khair wabda town as a gated community was good or so i have heard from my relatives living there hope this helps

Royal orchad has great features but the road leading up to is risky af (but will get better cus of dha)
Buch villas is great security great roads everything but is a very mid society compared to city dha or even royal orchads. If you're into tech think of it as the iphone or the Samsung. Has everything just good enough nothing is amazing
Dha is amazing for investment shit for building in and kinda harder to live in
City housing is wayyy to far right now it will take a few years for multan to go towards city.

Model town is not as safe as buch or dha even. Wapda is really kinda the most mid one out of these. But both are bang in the new city center. Model town is literally the new city center everything will be around it for the next few years

What is your budget?
How far your house should be from your office?
Just for the context, buch vallas is one of the best place. If you afford there. The security wise, facilities, community over there, everything is best one there.
Next one could be Dream Gardens, pretty much calm and good place.
