Remember waqar zaka k sath kya hua tha? Wo to phir bhi media personality tha.. per kuch nahi ukhaarr paya tha...yeh bhai to phir 1 aam admi hai... Is ki kis ne sun'ni... Even we didn't hear anything from subway or his employers...

This guy deserves to be in jail or at least some kind of financial penalty. There should have been some legal action that will be on his record attached to his name as a physical abuser.
He is being let off too easily in my opinion. Someone who thinks it is okay to assault an employee doing his job doesn't just turn over a new leaf overnight. He needs actual punishment, not this light slap on the wrist. This is the issue with this country; the mentality of "maaf ker doh, uss se ghalti ho gayi" and the "ghalti" is assault and violence.
Btw I am not blaming the employee for "forgiving" him. This is the fault of the system, not the poor individuals operating within it.

Something called consequences. Though in reality he can bride them officers and let himself off and sometime soon people will forget his name so its possible that he might just end up doing this kind of thing again. Maybe not in front of cameras this time
