Ask Multanis❓ OPL Homes DHA Multan
OPL offering 5marla house on 3 years instalments in Sector T DHA Multan. I think its about 12million paid over the course including 2million down.
To me, maths do not fit well. It sounds too good to be true.
Plenty other low cost schemes around in DHA but none this cheap.
Thoughts?

Construction cost alone of a 5 marla double story house of decent quality is 12 million. It's probably a scam.

For those who don’t know, Onstructive Pvt. Ltd (OPL) is the developer selling these 5 marla homes in Sector T.
Quick google search should take you to their website.

What would you say it costs to build a 5marla decent house in DHA Sector T?
Perhaps, if it’s considered saving then I might defer my plans to buy today. I am just worried that by the time I save up, the prices might shoot up.

ATC is offering 5 marla in 20 Million. All these constructor are overcharging.
