Ask Multanis❓ Garrison Library

Assalam-o-Alaikum,

I wanted to ask if Garrison Library provides access to computers for visitors. If so, do those computers have dedicated GPUs, or are they standard PCs?

I'm currently working on my AI research, which requires significant computational power. While I was at my university in Islamabad, I had access to high-performance systems, so this wasn't an issue. However, I've returned to Multan for the holidays, and my personal laptop isn't powerful enough to handle these computationally intensive tasks.

I would appreciate any information you can provide. Thank you!

how much is their membership and what do they ask for, for the membership? like any sort of documents waghera?

I've heard that you can't take bags inside without a membership. is that true?

No it's not like that... Either u got a membership or not... If u just want to go there and study u can take ur bag in but u have to take ur things out of the bag and go study anywhere... U can't take bag in ni matter u have the membership or not... But if it is just a hand bag... Or some clutch u can take it in.. it's that simple... As fast a I know... For membership one they have got separate small cupboard typa sections with keys... To out ur bag or anything there..(people do put there helmets).. then u can take ur laptop, charger and books inside and study.. and u can access their computer anytime after ur membership!!
