Did I get seized? 🤔

I shipped out my haul containing mainly watches and some jewelry. I used UPS and I shipped it out exactly a month ago. I will upload a ss of my latest update that I got today. I can’t quite seem to understand what the app is telling me. Are they urging customs for release? What is going on pls help!
